Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance to senior management.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring strict deadlines are met and all entries are accurate.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and manage audit requests efficiently and thoroughly.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and modern ERP systems to streamline reporting and data analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a full-cycle accounting role, ideally within a US-centric or multinational company.
- Deep, hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and macros.
- Proven experience with major accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
