AlwaysHired is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in the West Region of Singapore. In this role, you will lead FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decisionâmaking across the organization.
You will be responsible for driving accurate forecasting, robust costâcontrol mechanisms, and performanceâimprovement programs that align with our business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate complex financial data into clear recommendations, ensuring our financial health and competitive edge in a fastâpaced market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development of annual and quarterly financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Perform deepâdive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Partner with operational teams to design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive performance improvement.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel, PowerâŻBI, and SAP to support strategic planning.
- Prepare clear, concise boardâlevel reports and presentations that communicate financial insights effectively.
- Support the annual budgeting process, including resource allocation and capital expenditure planning.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3â5âŻyears of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA) and proficiency with PowerâŻBI or Tableau.
- Handsâon experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to nonâfinance stakeholders.
- Detailâoriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fastâchanging environment.
- Understanding of Singapore GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations is advantageous.
