Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and strategic recommendations
- Support IPO readiness initiatives through financial documentation, compliance preparation, and regulatory alignment
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems, data quality, and financial processes
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models supporting strategic business decisions
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, preparing executive summaries and performance dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VBA)
- Demonstrated experience with IPO preparation and regulatory compliance (OJK/IDX standards)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Experience implementing financial reporting system improvements and data quality initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present financial information to diverse stakeholders
