Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for assigned business units.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial performance drivers and recommend actionable improvements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business case evaluations.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to provide financial guidance and operational oversight.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with insightful executive summaries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements to enhance overall profitability.
- Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic business insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a diverse, global team.
