Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and process enhancement projects
- Support audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
- Present financial insights to senior management through executive dashboards and presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholder management experience
