Remotely Philippines OPC is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Lipa City. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end P&L management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct comprehensive monthly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Design and maintain interactive BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time financial performance metrics.
- Provide strategic decision support by performing ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management.
- Oversee financial data integrity and ensure reporting compliance across all operational units.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros preferred) and financial modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and P&L management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
