Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance dashboards for management
- Monitor financial metrics and identify trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and valuation
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear, actionable presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
- Experience in agribusiness or investment industry highly desirable
