- Lead financial planning and analysis for business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop comprehensive financial models and KPI dashboards to monitor performance
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations highlighting trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
- Proven track record of driving financial process improvements
