Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end insurance verification processes to ensure accurate and timely eligibility checks.
- Obtain and document necessary clinical authorizations and referrals for scheduled procedures.
- Conduct professional financial counseling sessions with patients to explain coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options.
- Oversee accurate patient registration and maintain high data integrity within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Execute proactive collection strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize revenue recovery.
- Coordinate with insurance payers and medical providers to resolve billing discrepancies or authorization denials.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on clearance metrics and assist in identifying process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, financial clearance, or revenue cycle management.
- Deep understanding of insurance verification portals, ICD-10/CPT coding, and authorization requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathetic patient interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and familiarity with major EHR/HIS platforms.
- Ability to work night shifts as required by international client business hours.
