- Compile and present comprehensive financial reports for management review
- Monitor and analyze budget performance against actuals
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and projections
- Lead monthly SAP CO closing activities and reconciliation
- Analyze financial data trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning initiatives
- Support annual budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SAP CO module and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CMA, or CPA) preferred
