In this role, you will be the bridge between financial strategy and technical execution. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced SQL-based reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performing system architectures that support rapid organizational growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain scalable SQL-based financial reporting and operational data infrastructure.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex financial system integrations and automated reporting tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
- Optimize database performance, ensuring high reliability and data accuracy across all financial modules.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for data modeling and system architecture.
- Develop and implement robust data governance and security protocols to protect sensitive financial information.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure 99.9% uptime for reporting services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis or data engineering, specifically within a consultancy or finance-heavy environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including advanced stored procedures, complex queries, and database optimization.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting cycles, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise-level financial reporting infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
