Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and linguistically proficient Senior FinOps Analyst to join our Global Financial Operations team in Pasay City. This role is a cornerstone of our Amazon Web Services (AWS) support structure, focusing on delivering world-class financial services to our Mandarin-speaking client base. As a Senior Analyst, you will go beyond traditional accounting, acting as a strategic partner to our customers by ensuring billing accuracy and resolving complex financial discrepancies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
In this position, you will own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process for key accounts, ensuring that the 'Order-to-Cash' lifecycle is seamless and efficient. You will be responsible for reconciling high-volume accounts, investigating root causes of billing issues, and driving process improvements that impact our global operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable portfolio for Mandarin-speaking AWS enterprise customers.
- Analyze and reconcile complex account statements to identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Drive monthly collection targets and provide regular reports on aging debt and cash flow metrics.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to automate manual tasks and enhance FinOps efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Tax teams, to address customer inquiries and payment roadblocks.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on recurring billing issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to global financial compliance standards and internal Amazon policies.
- Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert for Mandarin-market financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) and English is required to support regional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Accounts Receivable, or Corporate Accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and data modeling).
- Strong experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar financial software.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing high-level client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven global environment.
