Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive firefighting experience
- Certified Fire Officer III (SFO3) from Bureau of Fire Protection
- Valid driver's license with PRC professional license
- Physical fitness to meet firefighting operational requirements
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of local fire codes and national safety regulations
