Are you a seasoned financial professional looking for an impactful interim opportunity? TD Synnex is seeking a dedicated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our high-performing finance team on a 6 to 9-month contract basis. Reporting directly to the FP&A Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence (COE) and functional business leaders.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex financial models, managing reporting cycles, and providing actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment where precision, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills are essential to drive business value.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with functional department leaders to refine operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and improve existing financial models to support strategic planning and long-term business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of management presentations and executive-level financial summaries.
- Partner with the FP&A COE to standardize reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and business transformation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA/Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a 6 to 9-month contract duration starting immediately.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
