- Deliver personalized consultations using product knowledge and brand heritage to drive sales
- Create immersive shopping experiences through innovative product demonstrations and storytelling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain luxury brand aesthetics
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-ups and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and operational excellence
- Train junior staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values
- Monitor inventory and participate in new product launches with enthusiasm
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years in luxury retail, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance
- Deep passion for Fresh products and commitment to brand values
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong visual merchandising and store presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency a plus
