Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain highly responsive, scalable, and cross-browser compatible web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize frontend components for maximum performance across various devices and network conditions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing web applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and integrate relevant tools to improve the development workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, specifically working on complex, data-driven web applications.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- In-depth experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Proficiency in state management libraries and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
