Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and develop high-performance, responsive web applications using Vue.js and React.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers and product managers, to define features and workflows.
- Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to project planning and sprint estimations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), Vue.js, and React.js ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Pinia).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering robust, user-centric solutions.
