Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HCIS)
- Architect full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and best practices

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with HR systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and API integration
- Experience with DevOps practices and containerization technologies
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
