Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve product performance and user experience.
- Write clean, scalable, testable, and maintainable code while following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery and mentor junior developers within the team.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Go, or Python).
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
