Alto Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing robust financial technology solutions, specifically focusing on ATM, POS, and Core Banking Systems. You will bridge the gap between complex backend processing and seamless frontend user experiences, ensuring our high-availability systems perform optimally under heavy loads.
We are looking for a polyglot programmer who is comfortable working across the entire development stack. You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable architectures, optimizing database performance, and integrating secure APIs that power essential banking infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance fullstack applications for the banking and payments industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure RESTful APIs for ATM and POS switching systems.
- Optimize backend services for high concurrency using Java or C++ while maintaining clean code standards.
- Develop intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
- Manage and scale PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and query efficiency for core banking operations.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in complex distributed systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fullstack software development, preferably in the Fintech or Banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in Java or C++ for backend development.
- Deep understanding of modern frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and popular UI frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong command of PostgreSQL, including complex queries, indexing, and database performance tuning.
- Familiarity with financial industry protocols (ISO 8583, ATM/POS switching) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
