As a Senior Fund Accountant within our Fund Services division, you will join a team of experts dedicated to delivering top-tier accounting and administrative support. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the complete fund accounting cycle, from transaction processing to final reporting. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely financial information, enabling them to make informed investment decisions.
Key aspects of your role will include leading the preparation of periodic financial statements (NAV, income statements, balance sheets), coordinating with auditors, and providing guidance to junior team members. You will also leverage your technical skills to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of fund clients.
- Prepare and review accurate NAV calculations and financial statements.
- Ensure timely cash and position reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with trading desks, custodians, and administrators for data validation.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or CFA certification is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of investment vehicles (hedge funds, private equity) and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Investran, Geneva, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
