Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian FRS and tax regulations (GST, income tax)
- Lead internal control audits and coordinate external audit processes
- Oversee fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and inventory valuation
- Develop financial models and KPI dashboards for operational decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification like ACCA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
