Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Lead the preparation and coordination for external audits, providing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in general accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
