Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and internal procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team capabilities
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred with 5+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting cycles
- Experience in mentorship and team leadership
