Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end general accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and financial data integrity
- Lead cross-functional audits and collaborate with tax authorities
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows
- Utilize ERP systems to automate processes and enhance reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' general accounting experience
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Proven experience in multi-currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to start immediately and work independently in a hybrid environment
