Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance, and proper coding
- Process accounting transactions and ensure timely recording in financial systems
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support internal and external audit processes with documentation and analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment processing
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
