Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full general ledger lifecycle including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Oversee complex reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, intercompany transactions, and bank statements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (BS, IS, CF) ensuring adherence to accounting standards
- Lead audit preparation activities, liaise with external auditors, and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and implement accounting policies, controls, and process improvements
- Coordinate with treasury, payroll, and operational teams to ensure financial data alignment
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through accurate financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Expertise in month-end/year-end closing and account reconciliation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and IFRS
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Proven track record of process optimization and problem-solving in accounting
