Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of General Ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, tax filings, and financial reporting standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assist external auditors during year-end reviews.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve complex variances across multiple ledgers.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor and guide junior accountants, providing training on best practices in accounting software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in General Ledger accounting.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
