Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct site workers to ensure daily tasks are executed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and geological monitoring to identify potential risks or deviations.
- Maintain rigorous control over site safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to provide geological insights and resolve technical site challenges.
- Monitor work progress closely to ensure project milestones are met against tight deadlines.
- Prepare detailed reports on geological conditions and site activity for stakeholders.
- Implement corrective measures promptly to address any site-specific geological or operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in construction, mining, or civil engineering site environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise site labor effectively.
- Excellent understanding of site safety regulations and risk management procedures in Singapore.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in geological software and reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between field teams and management.
