Wanindo Prima is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity and elevate our brand presence in the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end creative design process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create high-quality visual assets for diverse media channels, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website banners.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints through logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to produce creative assets that effectively support campaigns and enhance user experience.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders with professionalism, persuasive communication skills, and a strong design rationale.
- Research industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our visual output innovative and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
