Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple Australian entities.
- Ensure full compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and local tax regulations.
- Perform complex reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions within NetSuite.
- Prepare accurate group-level consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual compliance filings.
- Maintain and optimize NetSuite configurations to improve financial reporting efficiency.
- Mentor junior finance team members on best practices and technical accounting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA license (Philippines or Australia) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, specifically focusing on Australian clients.
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of Australian Taxation (BAS, IAS, GST, and PAYG).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote/distributed work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
