In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies specifically tailored for our offline retail footprint. You will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and on-ground execution, ensuring that localized campaigns drive significant revenue growth for our stores. You will oversee on-ground activations, optimize sales processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive regional growth strategies that align with Lakuliner's business objectives to maximize offline revenue.
- Lead On-Ground Activations: Manage and execute high-impact on-ground activations and promotional events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor, analyze, and report on regional sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
- Localized Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create culturally relevant localized campaigns that resonate with the Jakarta market.
- Team Leadership & Training: Mentor store managers and sales staff, providing training on growth tactics and customer service excellence.
- Merchandising Optimization: Work with operations to optimize store layouts and visual merchandising to drive higher conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Oversee the regional marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaign execution and ROI tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in offline sales, retail management, brand activation, or direct sales.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret sales reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Network: Existing network in the Jakarta retail or fashion industry is a plus.
