- Provide comprehensive clinical assessment and care planning for patients during night shift hours
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain detailed medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Current and valid professional license (e.g., RN, Med Tech) in the Philippines
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in emergency and non-emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during night shift hours
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and healthcare documentation standards
