- Execute full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to understand talent needs
- Build and nurture active talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on job boards and professional networks
- Collaborate with leadership to design data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and local labor regulations
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top healthcare professionals
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience with healthcare industry specialization
- Proven track record of successfully placing clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare licensing and credentialing requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Certified Healthcare Recruiter (CHR) or similar certification preferred
