Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical clinical and therapy-related positions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals, utilizing various platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, in-depth interviews, and skill assessments to ensure a strong match with organizational needs and culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional and supportive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent recommendations, and guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage and update candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Negotiate competitive offers, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Feld Care Therapy Inc. at career fairs and industry events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle healthcare recruitment or clinical staffing, preferably within a therapy-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing clinical professionals (e.g., Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nurses).
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, current market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, specialized healthcare job boards).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment compliance standards in the Philippines is a plus.
