Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Manage administrative operations including office logistics, documentation, and vendor coordination
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases while ensuring data security

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR and administrative experience
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
  • Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
