KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team in Simpang Renggam, Johor. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in managing our human resources functions and providing top-tier administrative support. We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining smooth office operations. You will act as a strategic partner to management, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while also handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and maintenance of accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate office logistics, vendor management, and facilities maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support performance appraisals, training initiatives, and talent development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HRIS systems, and payroll management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
