Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Manage administrative functions including office operations, procurement, and facilities management
- Maintain accurate HR records and implement HR information systems
- Conduct regular audits and implement improvements to HR processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
- Experience in a manufacturing or holding company environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
