Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end regional payroll processing for 500+ employees across multiple countries
- Manage full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore labor laws and regional requirements
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate benefits administration and vendor partnerships for insurance/leave systems
- Analyze HR metrics to inform talent development strategies and retention programs
- Lead HR system optimization and process automation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience with 3+ years in regional payroll management
- Expert knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and regional payroll regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to payroll accuracy and audit compliance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (for regional coordination)
- CHRP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
