Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data.
- Handle vendor management, office supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Organize company events, meetings, and corporate travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring professional representation.
- Assist in drafting internal communications and policy updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR and Office Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
