Our client, Private Advertiser, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior HR Associate (Shared Services) to join their growing team in the Philippines on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented HR generalist with deep expertise in Shared Services operations. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and efficient HR administration, and providing exceptional support to employees and management across the region. You will champion process improvements, maintain HR data integrity, and handle complex employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
As a Senior HR Associate, you will report to the Shared Services Lead and collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and local HR teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding) for the region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across various HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and local HR teams on projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR associates within the team.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, specifically within a Shared Services or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, or Oracle preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
