In this strategic leadership role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and collaborate closely with global and regional HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). Your mission will be to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies, addressing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design. Tanggung Jawab
- Formulate and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with Boston Scientific’s business goals and operational objectives in Penang.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated solutions in talent acquisition, total rewards, and learning and development.
- Provide strategic counsel, coaching, and guidance to business leaders on leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring local labor law compliance.
- Utilize HR data analytics to diagnose organizational issues, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions for workforce planning and retention.
- Champion employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to maintain a high-performing and collaborative workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years operating as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably within a multinational (MNC) manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Deep expertise in Malaysian Employment Act and local labor relations practices.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change management and talent development programs.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in leveraging HR metrics and tools (e.g., Workday) to drive strategic decisions.
