In this critical leadership role, you will act as a key advisor to site management, bridging the gap between human capital strategy and operational efficiency. You will champion our culture, lead complex employee relations initiatives, and drive talent management programs in a labor-intensive, high-output setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with manufacturing operational goals.
- Manage complex employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions within a large-scale workforce.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, including coaching managers on talent development and succession planning.
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure operational continuity and staffing optimization.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive manufacturing culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for site management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
- Strong background in labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, and unionized settings.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
