- Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Provide expert advice on HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across Southeast Asia
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and cultural transformation
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment of regional HR practices with global standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven experience working in the Southeast Asian region, with knowledge of local labor laws and cultural nuances
- Strong understanding of HR best practices in the manufacturing or heavy machinery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and implementing effective solutions
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
