Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration with 100% accuracy
- Work pass applications/renewals for foreign talent (EP, S Pass, etc.)
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singaporean labor laws
- Employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
- Performance management system implementation and reviews
- HR compliance audits and documentation maintenance
- Employee relations mediation and conflict resolution
- HR analytics reporting for strategic decision support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years HR experience in SME environments
- Expert knowledge of Singapore MOM and CPF regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong payroll processing and work pass management expertise
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
