As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle, processing payroll, administering employee benefits, handling disciplinary issues, and ensuring adherence to Malaysian employment regulations. You will also contribute to policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the Malaysian labor law. You must be confident in managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with different departments.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations through regular updates and audits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management for decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, or equivalent) is advantageous.
