Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labor laws and best practices.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding and performance management to career development and offboarding.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent for various departments.
  • Lead and support HR projects, initiatives, and the implementation of HR systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct HR analytics and generate comprehensive reports to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant application of company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior HR role within Singapore.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law, fair employment practices, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
