Retrobee Design & Build Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our team in Cheras. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring that our talent strategy aligns perfectly with our business growth and cultural values.

You will lead the end-to-end HR cycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. We are looking for someone who is not just an administrator, but a strategic partner who can improve HR processes, drive employee engagement, and ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee database maintenance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and legislative compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and high retention rates.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing and regulatory reporting (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary matters.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics to provide insights for organizational decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and relevant labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, design-oriented work environment.
