You will work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs, implement effective retention strategies, and ensure seamless HR service delivery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the performance management process and facilitate annual employee appraisals.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an HR generalist or recruitment-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and industrial relations.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across various departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
