Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Manage employee relations and provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and design training programs to foster professional growth and enhance employee skills.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs accurately and on time.
- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions to support business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR management or a senior HR executive support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment acts, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven track record of successfully managing employee relations issues and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
