Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
  • Manage employee relations and provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and design training programs to foster professional growth and enhance employee skills.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs accurately and on time.
  • Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions to support business objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR management or a senior HR executive support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment acts, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing employee relations issues and driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
